Every modern comfort is available: private pool with bale and jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, state-of-the-art sound system, spacious dinning and living area. Two smaller pavilions provide sleeping quarters for up to eight more guest.

The Bli Bli Villa Rooms

There are six bedrooms consists of three seperate buildings. The main house we name it Puri Lumbung and two smaller pavilions we name it; Teras Budha and Gentong Merah. For the 2 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms villa usage, will share the pool with another guest. However, there is a private plunge pool on it.

Every modern comfort is available: private pool with Jacuzzi and bale, fully equipped kitchen, state-of-art sound system, piano, spacious dinning and living area. Each bedroom in Teras Budha and Gentong Merah has television with DVD player.

The Bli Bli Villa Terms

The above rates are daily basis and included the following benefit:
- welcome drinks
- cold towels upon arrival
- In villa daily breakfast
- Daily afternoon tea
- A selection tropical fruits

Seasonal rate:
Low : Jan 06 - July 14 & Sept 16 - Dec 14
High : July 15 - Sept 15 & Dec 15 - Jan 05.

Extra Bed Charge: Low season: USD 40/night, High/peak season: USD 50/night

Check-in and check-out procedures:
Check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00

Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 6 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 12 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.

Booking procedures:
- A 50% deposit from total room night rate is required to confirm and secure the booking.
- The balance to be paid 2 week prior to arrival for low season, and 30 days for high season.


Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation only valid when made in written
- Cancellation received within 21 days of arrival shall be subject 50% of total room rate
- Cancellation received within 14 days prior to guests arrival or no show will be subjected to 100% of total room night rate.

Children Policy:
- no charge for children less than 10 years old base on villa only.
- Children under 10 year of age received 50% discount on breakfast from adult rate ( US$ 5/pax for adult)
- The above conditions are valid when occupying the same villa with parents.

Minimum Rental Period
Low Season: 5-nights,
High Season: 7-nights,
Peak Season: 10-nights
The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.
