BREEZE at The Samaya Villas
BREEZE beachside restaurant looking over Seminyak Beach offers an exotic international and local dishes for breakfast, lunch, and romantic sunset dinner. The beach front setting, great sunset views and the sound of the waves make this one of Bali's most romantic places to dine.

The menu here, that Chef Michael Shaheen has put together, is an interpretation of Euro-American hints of the Tex Mex with a connotation of modern plated presentations, with very light full flavoured reduced sauces, and an absolute baseline ingredient of freshness which appear in most of his dishes.

Bar at The Samaya Villas
A new, open bar, very close to the beach, is an extremely eye-catching feature, as is the outside seating arrangement including, comfortable chairs and sofas. In total, Breeze can accommodate up to 100 dinners either under cover or outside on the very attractive decking, which is surrounded by an elegant water feature.

The wine list is very comprehensive and a newly built air-conditioned wine cellar allows guests to inspect the bottles before they order. At least 100 wines available at very conservative prices and guests will have the advantage of referring to rating keys, using Australia's best-known wine educator, judges and writers who have adopted an unambiguous scoring system but who are not associates with any wine producers or distributors.

Dinner here is a leisurely affair, a balance of elegant foods served in an atmosphere of simplicity. The ambiance of under the stars with crashing waves has befitted any romantic hideaway, and with a mega hand chosen wine list, which is very reasonably priced, you will find it irresistible.
