The Bora Bora Estate consists of 8 bali luxury villas, plus the four-villa, five bedroom "Kubun Suite".

The property spans over 4500 square meter situated only meters from Bali's famous sunset beaches in the highly sought-after district of Petitenget.

Bora Bora villas are traditional yet modern with every luxury you have at home.

Each private Bali villa offers house staff, fully equipped kitchen and cable TV in each bedroom.

Each Villa features its own private sun deck set in lush tropical gardens

One Bedroom Villa
The private one bedroom villas lies in 270m2 of verdant tropical gardens, including a large private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.

Two Bedroom Villa
The private two bedroom villas offers more than 380m2 of floor space, matching bedrooms open directly on to open living areas, verdant tropical gardens and a poolside sunbathing terrace.

Three Bedroom Villa
The Three Bedroom Bali Private Villa features more than 520m2 of floor space, with uniquely designed teak wood mezzanines adding a further 55m2 of comfort and delight.

Two of the bedrooms are similarly located in the main villa, while the third bedroom is found opposite the swimming pool in its own villa.

The Five Bedroom Kubun Suite
The four-villa �Kubun Suite,� spans over 850 square meters. Accommodating up to ten guests in an intimate garden setting, the suite consists of a two-bedroom villa and three uniquely designed one-bedroom villas, surrounding a large private swimming pool - the perfect family villas in Bali.

Bora Bora Private Bali Villas offer spacious bedroom include en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite TV, IDD and electronic safety boxes. Each one bedroom villa features its own fully equipped kitchen with separate dining and lounge areas.

Guarded by 24-hour Security, with professional staff on hand 24 hours a day to provide our wide variety of services, including daily American Breakfast served privately in each villa, guests are assured of an idyllic holiday experience.
