Three large bedrooms are found on the ground level and all look out onto the gardens which surround the villa on all sides. Views of the pool filter through floor to ceiling glass windows ensuring a full appreciation of nature. Tastefully decorated with comfortable beds, side tables, soft lighting and relaxing art this villa of distinction will surely become your loved retreat from the world. All rooms with attached bathrooms and quality fittings. The fourth room on the ground level houses the gym to ensure guests keep fit and well. Staff including a fabulously talented chef service this villa and ensure every need is taken care of.

A large inviting sofa crowded with soft cushions and large coffee table in the open sided upstairs living area sits adjacent to a modern designer glass sided bar, perfect for relaxing with friends and or entertaining. The dining area & table next to the open kitchen seats 16 and is ideal for large dinners in tropical elegance. The industrial open style stainless kitchen is every chef’s dream. Choose a second dining location under sun or stars in the adjacent BBQ and outdoor dining area.

Hight Season Surcharge

Additional 2010 rates for the following holiday seasons:
Chinese New Year (February 11 - February 17), Easter Week (April 2 - April 8), Idul Fitri (September 3 - September 11): US $700+ / Night / Villa

NOTES:

  1. Villa rates are subject to an additional 10% government tax

  2. Extra bed or baby cot available upon request and at extra charge

  3. Children under 10 years of age are permitted only with advance notice as Villa Mojo must be "child proofed" with much of the breakable décor (glass art, ceramics, pottery, etc) stored for safekeeping prior to guests arrival.

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 12:00 NOON

  • Early check-in is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability

  • Late check-out until 3:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day

  • Late check-out until 6:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 6:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
High Season: 7-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

ACCOMMODATION RATES IS PER VILLA (NOT PER PERSON), PER NIGHT AND INCLUSIVE OF:

  • Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car
  • Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa
  • Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks
  • Kalia Cooked Breakfasts

* Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill and other optional extras are at guest's account.

** Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
