Abadi Villas Bali are located in a quiet street behind the busy Restaurant district of Jl. Laksmana. Our stylish and functional villas offer the best of Bali Modern Villa living yet are only a short distance to all the attractions that Seminyak has to offer the holidaymaker. The villas are set back from the road surrounded by rice fields. Complete privacy and calm is assured.
Our two and three bedroom villas are only minutes away from the beach, cafes and shops of cosmopolitan Bali.
On arrival you will immediately be able to relax among the tranquil lush tropical gardens surrounding your sparkling private swimming pool. Sleep soundly between freshly ironed sheets in the generous air-conditioned bedrooms, all opening out onto the immaculate gardens and pools.
Original artworks, locally crafted furniture and quality appointed bathrooms combine with the open tropical design of buildings too create the Bali contemporary ambience of Abadi Villas Bali.

Accommodation :

All villa bedrooms are generously appointed. Villa 1 has 2 King sized beds and a Queen sized beds. Each bed is fitted with new fresh white cotton sheets. Attached to each bedroom are large modern bathrooms beautifully finished with marble floors, huge bathtubs, and rain drop shower heads. Double vanity basins for space and style and 2 bathrooms have outdoor showers for the complete Bali bathing experience.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have plenty of space to hang clothes and unpack to feel completly at home on your Abadi Villa holiday. Telephone extensions in each room and a safety box to give added peace of mind are fitted in every room.


Facilities & Service :

Abadi Villas trained Balinese staff offer superior personalized service catering to you needs from five course meals to simple snacks or organizing a massage and spa.

Both villas featureoversized private swimming pools (Villa 1 - 10.5m x 6.2m & Villa 2 - 9.0m x 4.0m). Find comfortable sunchairs adjacent to the pools for working on that essential holiday tan. Relax the afternoon away inour cushion covered shady Bale's (Pool Pavilion) whereyou might decide to take a massage or just to relax and read a book. Both villas have large grass and garden areas, ideal for families.

For more relaxation, head upstairs to the chill out mezzanine floor with large comfortable traditional Balinese day beds. These quiet areas have been designed to catch the cooling afternoon sea breezes. Lie back and gaze up at the intricate handmade 11 metre high conical grass thatches roof that dominate both ourvilla.

For digital entertainment, each villa has a largescreen television with DVD and CD players. Cable TV with a large selection of Movie News and Sports Channels.

  • Due to high occupancy at Abadi Villas we are unable to offer late Check Outs to our guests unless pre-arranged with our staff. Note the following charges for late Check Out:
    * Before 6pm 50% of Villa Charge.
    * After 6pm a full day will be charged.
