Both bedrooms are situated opposite the dining area and kitchen. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub formed of native stone with a hardwood finish.

The second bedroom has an access to the pool thru a sliding door. It is equipped with a queen size bed, wooden floor, en-suite bathroom featuring shower and twin marble basins.

The concept of the architecture is to make the living area as the center point of the villa. It is equipped with a large sofa with colorful cushions and a large space to enjoy the view of the garden and pool. Next to the living area is the dining area seats for six. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all modern cooking utensil.

Next to the second bedroom is the swimming pool possesses an avant-garde design and a wooden deck running down one side.

Hight Season Surcharge

  1. Rate
    All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: January 9 - June 30 (except Easter Week, Chinese New Year), September 16 - December 19
    High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 -15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8


  3. Booking or Reservation
    Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
    A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
    A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
    A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 12:00
    Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability


  5. Terms of Payment
    Terms of Payment
    • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
    • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
    • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation Policy
    • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
    • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
    • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
    • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance ofpayment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.


  7. F&B
    Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
