The Location Villa Coco is strategically located on Jalan Double Six, Seminyak. It is only 100ms from the beach, a short walk to the popular beach front restaurants, bars, clubs and pubs in Seminyak.
One Bedroom & Two Bedroom Villas
Most of our One and Two Bedroom Villas are traditional thatched roofed style Balinese bungalows with modern conveniences. Each villa has its own large private garden to offer the guests a very private space to relax and enjoy. All of our air-conditioned bedrooms have en-suite toilets and canopy bedding. Large dining and living areas ensure that there is space for everybody.

Hight Season Surcharge

  1. Rate
    All rates are quoted in USD dollars .Service Included : Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa.
    Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: Jan 09 - June 30 (Except Easter week and Chinese New year),
    High season period: Chinese new year, Easter week, July 01 - July 31, Sept 01 - Sept 15.
    Peak season period: Aug 01 - Aug 31 and Dec 20 - Jan 08


  3. Booking or Reservation
    Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
    A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
    A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
    A minimum of 7 nights stay in peak season


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 12:00
    Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability


  5. Terms of Payment
    Terms of Payment
    • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
    • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
    • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation Policy
    • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
    • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
    • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
    • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
