The main house is a fully restored traditional Javanese Teak "Joglo", containing two master bedrooms, both featuring open-air ensuite bathrooms. The open plan kitchen and dining room area allows for comfortable and elegant dining.

A few steps from the living area and you plunge into the twelve-meter saltwater infinity edged pool. After you take the plunge, relax on the deck-side sun loungers and let the surrounding jungle canopy take you to a place far from civilization.

At the opposite end of the pool, the self-standing third bedroom is a gorgeous full teak bungalow with open-air ensuite, set amongst a giant bamboo cluster.

Ekidoka is also equipped with a modern entertainment system, including Indovision and DVD player.

Staff

Villa One is fully serviced by:
A full-time house manager - Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.

A Chef - Available on request (24hrs notice required). Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cooks will do all the market shopping.

Maids - Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.

Security guards - their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.

Pool Staff - maintain the salt water system daily to maximize its revitalizing quality.

Hight Season Surcharge


  1. Rate
    All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government

    tax, service charge, return airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast for 2 persons per room.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: January 9 - July 14 (Excluding Easter), September 16 - December 19
    High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Easter Week
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8


  3. Booking or Reservation
    Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
    A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
    A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
    A minimum of 10 nights stay in peak season


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 12:00
    Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability


  5. Terms of Payment
    Terms of Payment
    • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
    • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
    • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for anybank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation Policy
    • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$100 administrative fee.
    • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
    • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
    • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.


  7. F&B
    Foods and beverages are on guest's account. First dinner in villa for a late check-in and/or first breakfast can be arranged upon request. All expenses are at guest's account.
