Villa JoTy has one full-time chef who is responsible for the shopping and preparation of your meals. If you wish to eat in, we have put together a menu (see Menu), which you can choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinners can be arranged with the housekeeping and cooking staff. Soft drinks and snacks can also be purchased for your convenience. During your stay, you can also organize dinner parties for up to 15 or 20 guests. You are simply required to notify Ketut or Nyoman a few hours in advance and give money for grocery shopping and the staff will purchase what is required. You will be presented with a receipt as proof of purchasing your goods.
You are more than welcome to help yourself around the kitchen and dabble in some cooking yourself.

Villa JoTy has four air-conditioned double bedrooms (8 guests) with en-suite bathrooms. It also has the possibility to accommodate two more guests in a non air-conditioned mezzanine at the second floor of the main building. In low season we can accommodate partial rental of the villa.

Housekeeping
Ketut and Dayu are on service from 8am to 5pm for housekeeping and to tender to your requests. Ketut, the cook, is on duty around lunchtime and from 4pm to 9pm. Nyoman can make special arrangement for extra staff if necessary or for dinner parties. The security staff or Komang will also be delighted to help you around. Please just ask them.

Laundry
The staff will tend to all your needs. There is a laundry basket in each bathroom for you to use. This service is included in your rate (except for dry cleaning items) and your laundered goods will be returned the next day. Please ensure to relay any special instructions so that your goods are handled properly - particularly silks and delicate fabrics.

Security
Villa JoTy has four fully trained security guards and they patrol the estate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pools are there to be used day and night. Komang clean and sanitize them every morning and the staff will provide towels for you convenience. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times and be aware that pools are shallow in some areas. Diving is not recommended.

Hight Season Surcharge

  1. Rate
    All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: January 9 - July 20, September 16 - December 19 (except for holiday weeks of Easter and Chinese New Year)
    High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15 (or specially noted below)
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8


  3. Minimum Stays:
    Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
    High Season: 5-NIGHTS
    Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 11:00
    Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility


  5. Terms of Payment
    - Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
    - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy.
    - Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
    - Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
    - Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
    - No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
