The villas are located in the most sought after area in Bali, in Seminyak Oberoi. Just around the corner are some 20 popular restaurants such as Rumours, La Trattoria, Soho and Mykanos, in addition to galleries, spas and boutique shops. And the beach and the famous KuDeTa restaurant is 10 minutes stroll away. With a private security controlled access road, the villas are very quiet and peaceful and from the balcony they enjoy a great view over a rice field.

Within 20-40 minute drive is the airport, the challenging surf beaches in Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the acclaimed Nirwana golf course. Ubud can be reached in 50 minutes.

The Villas

The villas were completed in 2006 and are very spacious 3 bedrooms villas, each with a private swimming pool. The location is in the heart of Seminyak, and only 5 minutes walk to the Seminyak beach. Many restaurants and the famous Seminyak night life is within walking distance.

Villa Ginger
Total area 720m2, three en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds. 40m2 private swimming pool and a bubble spa. Large plasma TV with 30 international TV programs. BBQ. Can accommodate up to three couples. See photos in Villa Ginger.

Villa Blubambu
Total area 750m2, three en-suite bedrooms with king-size beds. 50m2 private swimming pool and a small bubble spa. This spacious villa has a living room with folding doors, and the gardens includes a gazebo with a daybed. Each room has its own LCD TV with cable programs. See photos in Villa Blubambu.

Hight Season Surcharge

  1. Rate
    All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: January 11 - July 14, September 14 - December 19
    High season period: July 15 - September 15, December 20 - January 10


  3. Minimum Stays:
    Low Season : 3-NIGHTS
    High Season: 5-NIGHTS
    Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 11:00
    Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility


  5. Terms of Payment
    - Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
    - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy.
    - Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
    - Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
    - Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
    - No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
