    All rates are net/villa/night inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, with the following benefits:
    - Welcome drinks upon arrival
    - Welcome fruit and flower upon arrival
    - Daily breakfast for 2 persons per room
    - Free shuttle service to Kuta area (on schedule)
    - Return airport transfers

    Low Season period: January 6 - July 19, September 1 - December 19
    High season period: July 20 - August 31
    Peak Season: December 20 - January 5


  3. Minimum Stays:
    Low Season: 3-NIGHTS
    High Season: 5-NIGHTS
    Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

    Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility
