Bedrooms
The soft lighting and high ceilings create an intimate atmosphere. The furniture pack includes a black solid timber king size bed with night tables and a cream colored bed box. Soft lighting lends romance to the elegantly furnished bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full sized private bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers and marble bath tubs, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Guests and owners can rest while enjoying the view of the peaceful lavish garden and swimming pool through the big crystal clear windows. The rooms all have air-conditioning, wooden ceiling, marble floors, and spacious wardrobes with built-in lighting.

Every bedroom is beautifully appointed with a range of beige, black, brown and tan fabrics in an interesting array of textures.

Bathrooms
All bedrooms enjoy full sized private en-suite bathrooms with marble bath tubs and indoor/outdoor showers, decorated with plants to give a natural feeling of bathing in the outdoors under a waterfall. Units are fully-furnished with high-quality materials, all done in a simple clean modern style, with furnished to a first quality. The bathrooms are especially luxurious designed to soothe your soul.

Dining, Kitchen & Living Room
The living and dining pavilion include grey marble, stacked slate and black granite. The kitchen is superbly appointed with European appliances including gas hob, electric oven and range hood. An island work bench provides an alternative eating area and breakfast bar, The generous open plan living/dining pavilion is air conditioned and can be fully enclosed with bi-fold doors. Clients who choose our furniture pack will benefit from the development process which has taken place over the past year and a half. We have utilized best quality Sunbrella indoor and outdoor fabrics throughout and all furniture and decorative lighting has been custom made and designed by .... lookers uniquely for Bugan Villas.

Swimming Pool with Jacuzzi
Choose complete privacy, making this unique spacious Villa and private outdoor swimming pool is great for laps, and perfect for lazy dips during the day and even better at night. Whilst the pool-deck area enjoys all day sunlight, an outside shower, overlooking the garden helps to provide additional break from the heat. Only quality materials are used in the construction of your property including local timber, slates and tiles to blend in with the natural environment. Enhancing the swimming pool experience is an outside shower, with views over the surrounding garden, providing a bright and colorful environment during the day, and through extensive creative lighting well into the night.

Bugan Villas have private open-air tropical garden, balconies providing fantastic views, Lotus ponds, spacious wooden deck, and perfect for secluded sunbathing, and Gazebo, steps down into the private swimming pool, private Jacuzzi and to outdoor shower.

Each villa is nestled within a private garden compound that exposes the healthy attributes of outdoor Balinese living. A semi-open outdoor lounge environment integrates with a kitchen, living area and dining area. Tropical outdoor living in this villa was designed to blend modern convenience with elements of traditional Balinese architecture. There is an obvious sensitivity towards the surrounding environment, whilst respecting the rich culture of the island, its fine artistry and Hindu heritage.

Hight Season Surcharge

  1. Rates
    All rates are net/villa/night, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, with the following benefits:
    - Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival
    - Fruit basket upon arrival

    - Airport pick-up service


  2. Conditions
    Rate are subject to change without prior notice.


  3. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: 09 January - 14 July, 16 September - 19 December
    High season period: 15 July - 31 July, 1 September - 15 September
    Peak season period: 1 August - 31 August, 20 December - 8 January


  4. Booking or Reservation
    Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
    A minimum of 2 nights stay in low season
    A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
    A minimum of 7 nights stay in peak season


  5. Check in/out time
    Check in times is 14:00 in the afternoon and check out time is 12:00 noon. Every effort will be made to accommodated requests for late check out, however, this cannot be guaranteed. Early check in will be granted the same courtesy if accommodations are available


  6. Payment
    Terms of Payment
    A 50% - non refundable deposit is required by the villa owner to secure the villa. And final payment to be settled 45 days before arrival in Bali by cash US Dollar.


    7. Accepted payment by credit card (Visa Card and MasterCard only) with 3.50 % surcharge for administration fee. Clients will need to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on the card, together with the copy of its both sides and a copy of your passport. It must be processed in Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling rate for US Dollar.

  7. Cancellation
    Cancellation
    Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of deposits. Deposit will be refunded for a cancellation if we can re-booked the villa for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rated refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rated, will be subject to a deduction of a 20% administration fee.


  • Travel Insurance
    With potential medical, liability, cancellation risks involved in holidays, travel insurance is important, as deposits and rental payments are not refundable after a reservation has been confirmed. We highly recommend to buy an all-inclusive travel insurance package which covers all your expenses if you need to cancel your holiday due to personal reasons or a world event.


  • Liability
    balivillareservation.com will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodations, including any substitutions. If any services accommodations are substituted, Seminyakvillas-bali.com will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.
