5 Bedroom Villa - Villa Enggang built in a modern contemporary Javanese / Balinese style this Bali Villa is perfect for both families and or large groups of friends wishing to stay together but also enjoying complete privacy. Spacious gardens, and pool with private relaxing areas for each of the 5 bedrooms makes this villa stand apart from the rest. The 6 separate pavilions were designed to link together but also separate each area.

Villa Enggang is a villa ideal for entertaining with friends or family. The large dimensions and fully equipped villa is ideal to celebrate special occasions. The Kitchen facilities are second to none in Bali and the staff are trained well and experienced in serving guests. With both a Jacuzzi and sauna adjacent to the bar on the end pavilion rooftop guests can enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over the rice fields and volcano all seen from this idyllic location.


Villa Enggang - Villa Area

The villa has 5 large bedrooms all with antique traditional beds covered with the highest quality mattresses, bed linen and pillows. Different themes and art work has been chosen for each separate room within the villa and the guest bedrooms have been named after one of the Indonesian Islands. Each room has a private open-air bathroom with big bathtub and features a waterfall that enhances the overall relaxing holiday ambience. All rooms have their own television, safety box, air conditioner and fully stocked refrigerator/mini bar.

The master bedroom has an adjacent spacious study area equipped with computer and fax machine. Use the latest Bose sound system to listen to your favorite music and even to play simultaneously different music in the villa and garden areas.

Holiday guests may choose to rent the whole villa complex (5 Bedrooms) or just one of the Guest Annex areas (2 Bedrooms) depending upon number of guests and requirements. Please note that rooms that have not been rented will be locked and there will be no access allowed.

Hight Season Surcharge

  1. Rate
    All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of Our properties are fully equipped with bed linens, towels, cooking utensil etc. Item such as toilet paper, soap and drinking water are supplied at the villa. Gratuities for house hold staff shall be left to guest’s discretion.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period: January 16 - July 14, September 16 - December 14
    High season period: July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 15 - January 15


  3. Booking or Reservation
    Reservation subject to availability and confirmation.
    A minimum of 3 nights stay in low season
    A minimum of 5 nights stay in high season
    A minimum of 7 nights stay in peak season


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 12:00
    Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability


  5. Terms of Payment
    Terms of Payment
    • A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation form with the final balance should be settled one month prior to arrival date
    • For bookings made 7 days or less before arrival, full final cash payment is required at the villa upon arrival.
    • All payments are to be made in US dollars either via electronic bank transfer (account details will be given at time of booking) or by cash in US dollar bank notes at the villa. For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation Policy
    • For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less a US$ 100 administrative fee.
    • For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.
    • Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by fax, email or mail).
    • In cases where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit but we have yet to receive the balance of payment and the booking is cancelled, the guest will be responsible for the payment.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
B'Fast "Included", means Breakfast is already included in our rates.
B'Fast "Excluded", means Breakfast is NOT included in our rates.
