4 Bedroom Villa - Villa Balacatur is positioned on 360m2 of tropical gardens overlooking lush rice terraces. The entrance of the villa takes you to the main living and dining area also a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living and dining area overlooks a natural stone swimming pool accompanied by a bale bengong, the perfect place for relaxation. The well known Balinese architect 'Popo Danes' managed to combine perfectly a Balinese style using only the highest quality of local materials which provides an unforgettable living experience.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned featuring large and convenient en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing areas. The master bedroom has a private study area with internet connection.

Villa Balacatur includes modern equipment such as flat screen televisions, stereo sound system, DVD players, high-speed internet connection providing the necessary international high levels of comfort.
The villa has a manager supervising eight staff including housekeepers, trained cook, gardeners and pool attendants. There is also a 24 hour security service.

Hight Season Surcharge


  1. Rate
    All rate are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge, daily breakfast based on 2 person per bedroom, complimentary drop off car usage, welcome drink and cold towel and complimentary drinking water.


  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    Low Season period : January 9 - February 15, February 26 - April 6, April 16 - July 14, September 16 - December 14
    High season period: February 16 - 25, April 7 - 15, July 15 - 31, September 1 - 15
    Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 15 - January 8


  3. Minimum Stays:
    Low Season : 3-NIGHTS
    High Season: 5-NIGHTS
    Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS


  4. Check in/out time
    Check-in time: 14:00
    Check-out time: 11:00
    Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility


  5. Terms of Payment
    - Credit card authorization + copy of the card (front and back) + pasport copy of the card holder sent by faximile or 50 % deposit (from total reservation value) transfer to our USD Bank account within 7 (sevent) days of recieving our reservation confirmation, will gurantee the reservation
    - For electronic transfers, guests will be responsible for any bank charges incurred.


  6. Cancellation Policy.
    - Before 30 days check in date cancelation will charge at 10 % from total secure night as administration fee
    - Between 29 days and 15 days will charge 50 % from the total room night reservation value
    - Between 14 days and 0 days will charge 100 % from total room reservation value.
    - No show will be charge 100 % from total room reservation value.

The '++' behind the Published Rates indicates that these prices are subject to an additional 11% Indonesian Government Tax and 10% Service Surcharge. Breakfast is usually not included in Published Rates.

Our Internet Rates are already inclusive of 21% Tax and Service Surcharge.
