2-3-5 Bedroom Villa Villa Teresa is situated in a coconut grove, a quiet fishermen's village of Canggu Beach, 20 minute further north of fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife in the area of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak.

It is only 40 minutes from Bali International airport, 15 minute to Tanah Lot Temple - Nirwana Bali Golf Course designed by Greg Norman (The Shark) - Le Meridien Resort. To the north just 40 minutes drive away is the cultural center of Ubud famous for its woodcarvings and assorted arts and crafts.

Two separate adjoining, self-contained villas with separate facilities and services. The unique design of these villas, it can be booked either as a 2 and 3 bedroom villa or they can be combined to make a 5-bedroom villa. Each villa comes complete with private swimming pools, kitchens, and dining/lounge areas and of course their own private access via the car park. There is a dividing wall between the villas that ensures that if the villa is booked to separate groups then each party remains undisturbed.

Total 5 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning, verandah, en-suite bathroom, 4 bedrooms with Queen size beds, one bedroom with two single beds). 6 bathrooms. Private access to the beach - 20 meters from the villa.

2 Bedrooms Villa
The two bedroom villas are set on 1.600 sqm of manicured land. The Villas consist of 2 Balinese thatced roof buildings. The main building is a two storey structure with large, modern kitchen, open plan living and dining rooms overlooking the pool, gardens, rice fields and river setting.

Upstairs is a private living room and balcony overlooking the river , rice-field and the ocean. The bedroom has a twin bed ( 120 X 200 each bed ) which is adjustable to a double king sized bed upon request and has AC, mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large modern bathroom with terrazzo bathtub, shower with hot and cold water.

The second building is a single pavilion with Balinese style bedroom, king size bed, has AC, mosquito net, DVD and connected to bedroom is a dressing area with large bathroom, terrazzo bathtub and outdoor shower with hot & cold water.

To one side of bedroom is a wooden floored balcony with coffee table, overlooking the river and garden area. The lap swimming pool ( shallow to end ) size 4 X 12 meters located between the two buildings.

3 Bedrooms Villa
The 3 bedrooms villa is set on 4,000 sqm land. When you enter the private villas, you will find beautiful lotus fish pond and large modern kitchen with full amenities and adjacent is a two storey main building where the open dining room with 12 seats and can be roll-up to be 4 seats, open lounge situated overlooking to the garden and large private pool (size 5 X 15 meters), from the dining there is a stairway to lead you up to the second air-condition lounge (Cognac room) with sofa, daybed and a balcony that overlooks to the garden, swimming pool, the river side of the villa and the ocean to see a wonderful sunset. The Cognac room is surrounded by glass windows for spectacular views.

The Master bedroom has a four-poster king size bed with AC, mosquito net, in-room safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD, and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with spacious deluxe bathroom with large bathtub (cold & hot water) and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking the river a longside the property and the ocean.

The Second Bedroom is Japanese Style Bedroom with King-Size Bed.
Safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD and connected to the bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, beside outdoor shower (cold & hot water), there is lily pond and to the side of the bedroom is a balcony overlooking to the river.

The Third is Balinese Style Bedroom
A four-poster queen size bed with AC , mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. and connected to bedroom is a walk in dressing area / wardrobe with deluxe bathroom, large terrazzo bathtub, outdoor shower (cold & hot water) and garden in the bathroom. In front of the bedroom entrance is a wooden balcony overlooking the main pool and garden area.
KITCHEN
Our spacious kitchens offer you an Indonesian cooking class taught by our traditionally trained Balinese chef. Our kitchen staff will provide with delicious carefully prepared meals that, are on average, 80 percent lower than price charged in the large hotels on the island. DINING ROOM
Our dining room accomodates up to maximum of 12 persons. The area can be re-configured into 4 separate tables depending upon the quest preferences. It is a romantic setting that overlooks the main pool and the lily pond.

GAZEBO
Gazebos (resting platforms) are scattered throughout the property for those wishing for private relaxation and contemplation.

A fully equipped BBQ area is situated at the beach end of the property, a great place to cook seafood or lobster purchased from the local fishermen earlier in the day.

Your choice of open air lounges, glazed TV lounge with air-conditioning or simple Gazebos gives you a variety of places to relax with your family and friends.

MASSAGE ROOM
Next to the main swimming pool is private massage deck with 2 beds, and overlooking to the river side, when laying down you will listen the wave of the ocean.

A full-time house manager – Oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist guests during their stay.

Two full-time cooks – Trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine. A menu is provided, and the cook will do all the market shopping.

Five maids – Responsible for housekeeping duties, taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and buildings of the property.

Five security guards – Their duties are to patrol the grounds and guard the entrance of the villas from dusk to dawn ensuring your security.

Two gardeners and pool attendants – Tending the garden and the grounds of the villas. They ensure that the facilities of the villas run smoothly during your visit.

    Low season period : January 16 - June 30, September 16 - December 14
    High season period: July 01 - September 15, Easter Week 2006 (April 12 - 21), Chinese New Year (1 Week)
    Peak season period: December 15 - January 15.
